2010 Azalea Festival
April 24-25
The stroll garden is open during all business hours. We have planted over 200 Azaleas encompassing over 40 varieties. More than a dozen varieties of Hardy Camellia, several varieties of Redbud and Dogwood, 13 Hydrangea varieties, Japanese Maples, Hemlock and numerous perennials that include Hosta, Astilbe, Fern, Coral Bells, etc. compliment the garden.
This year’s Azalea Festival will once again feature ART IN THE GARDEN, a celebration of local artistic talent including painters, potters, woodworkers, coppersmith, weaver, jewelry artist, etc. Live music performed by local artists will grace our nursery on both Saturday and Sunday afternoon. We have extended hours on Saturday evening until 7:30 pm
Pearl Street Pizza wil be on site late Saturday afternoon and evening serving freshly made pizzas. 20% of proceeds will go to Nixa Azalea Festival.

Saturday and Sunday: McAlister’s Deli of Nixa will be serving Famous Sweet Tea and Cookies all day with Sandwiches available from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. both days. 20% of proceeds will go to promote Nixa Azalea Festival.

Finley River Fine Artists, Inc will be hosting a fine art show at the Nixa Chamber of Commerce on Friday and Saturday April 23 and 24 from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. From April 25-30 their exhibit will also be on display at their gallery at 205 E. South St. in Ozark, MO.
